We want you to be completely happy with your Screen Guardian TV screen protector. Here’s our straightforward returns policy.
7-Day Return Window
You can return your product within 7 days of delivery if:
- The product arrived damaged or defective
- You received the wrong size
- The product does not match the description on our website
Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused and in original packaging
- All original accessories (microfibre cloth, installation kit) must be included
- You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation email or invoice)
- A photo of the issue must be shared via email before shipping it back
What Is Not Covered
We do not accept returns for:
- Products damaged during installation (improper application)
- Products purchased from third-party sellers or marketplaces
- Returns requested after 7 days of delivery
- Change of mind after installation
How to Initiate a Return
- Email support@screenguardian.in within 7 days of delivery
- Share your order number and a photo or video of the issue
- We will confirm eligibility within 24 hours
- Ship the product back to our Madurai address (we will share it on confirmation)
- Once received and inspected, your refund or replacement will be processed

Replacement vs Refund
We prefer to send you the correct product as a replacement at no extra cost. If a replacement is not possible (size out of stock), a full refund will be issued.
Shipping Cost for Returns
- If the return is due to our error (wrong size, damaged product) — we bear the return shipping cost
- If the return is for any other reason — shipping cost is borne by the customer
